Configure a project - Goalmatic developer tools

The CLI reads goalmatic.json from the current directory or a parent directory:

type is site or app. framework is vue. accountId identifies the selected Goalmatic account. projectId identifies the linked project. apiOrigin identifies the Goalmatic origin that owns the credential and project. The CLI uses projectId as the Site Builder siteId; it does not require a separate siteId field. The .goalmatic/app.json manifest belongs to an App. It declares the package, capabilities, resources, update policy, and uninstall policy. Do not put access tokens or provider secrets in the manifest.
